We at Drinks Cabinet Club aim to provide the best possible service at all times from placing your order to receiving it. All our delivery and return information can be found below.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUR DELIVERIES ARE TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR
- All standard delivery orders will be dispatched the following working day.
- For next day delivery orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
While we try to uphold our standard delivery times, during busy periods such as Christmas, deliveries may take longer due to customer demand and delivery services. However, we will still strive to be as efficient as possible!

- Is only valid for orders delivered in the Mainland UK
- Only applies to standard deliveries
- Only applies to basket totals of £49 (including VAT) or more
- Is not valid for next day delivery
We try to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with the product, we offer a return policy of 14 days from when ordered. Please refer to return guidelines below.
- Items must be in original condition, unopened and undamaged with original packaging.
- Items which have been altered or seals broken cannot be returned. If returned, there is no guarantee of a refund.
- Items with gift packaging boxes must also be returned including any labels and tags. Please note boxes are part of the product packaging and must be returned in original condition.
- The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures the value of goods and is signed for.
We try to get your item to you in 1 piece; however we do understand during transit, bottles could be mis-treated. If this happens, we will refund or credit you with your purchase. We will only accept breakage reports within 24 hours of arrival! We can arrange a replacement if requested.
